I do not believe in failure. I believe failing is an opportunity for growth and learning. As long as we keep trying it becomes success. We are perfectly imperfect. I was in an auto accident in which I lost my first husband, shortly after we were married. I am a trauma survivor. I have personal experience & understanding of brain injury, grief, loss, & trauma. I am a certified Rape Trauma Advocate. I am a Level Three Gottman Certified Clinician. I enjoy assisting couples navigate difficult transitions and coparenting.

I love what I do! I am successfully and happily divorced. My ex-husband and I co-parent like champions and have learned to navigate divorce waters with respect and kindness. I am grateful for opportunities to help clients commit to their healthy life choices. I feel honored to be part of this process.
