As this self-awareness begins to develop, clients can often lead more joyful and connected lives.
I have experience working with adults, couples, & teens that struggle with anxiety, depression, communication, trauma, loss, chronic illness, and perhaps have reached an impasse with moving forward within a career, relationship, or other life events.
