My goal is to help you gain insight and a new perspective to your current circumstances, as well as help create effective coping skills. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to become the best version of themselves.
I believe every client is unique and should be approached on an individual basis. I offer an eclectic approach to ensure I address individual needs. Since one theory does not fit all, I utilize multiple tools from different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, person-centered, and the Gottman method.
