I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with an array of issues and topics, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, body image, and disordered eating. Therapy can be a safe & cozy place for you to share your experiences, and it can be the place where you can learn to cope and conquer your struggles.
