I specialize in treating clients with Anxiety, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or other trauma-related issues. Some of the therapeutic approaches I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), & Flash Technique.
