We will work together in navigating the path to finding the answers you seek by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and identifying the ways in which you can begin to make purposeful and meaningful choices toward the kind of life you desire.

My professional training focused on holistic health psychology, or treating the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. I am a firm believer that this approach can be incredibly beneficial to the people I work with, and is much more effective than simply trying to treat symptoms.
