My name is Shameka Sells-Moore. I know that life can be overwhelming. As your therapist, I can help you deal with life's changes without judgement. My goal is to assist you with enhancing your life and discovering your purpose. It is my job to walk with you through your therapeutic process toward healing and change.
My approach is considered holistic. I understand the importance of balancing life with wellness. I also understand that sometimes that is not easy; that is where I am here to help.
I offer flexible scheduling, as I know that life does not fit between the hours of 9-5, Monday - Friday. I accept KY Medicaid (Humana, United Healthcare, Anthem-BCBS, Passport), TRICARE, Anthem, Humana, United Healthcare, Cigna and Aetna private insurance, as well as cash payments on a sliding scale.
