Hi, I'm Melanie Storrusten, LCSW. At Align Wellness, we work in modalities that utilize the mind-body connection to access healing at deeper levels. The work we love most is walking alongside brave journeyers who are ready and willing to face both their shadow and their light. If you are ready for this work of deeper healing, we would be honored to work with you. I personally currently provide Clinical Supervision and Consultation services for other therapists, short-term discernment sessions for folks facing big life decisions, and lead community rituals to process big emotions together.
Sessions at Align Wellness include traditional talk therapy, breathing exercises, direction to focus on in-the-moment emotional and physical sensations, creation of a safe container to experience difficult emotion, gentle pushing to shift stuck energies, encouragement of all the things you're doing well, and lightness and laughter to break up the hard parts.

Clinical Supervision Group
Clinical Supervision Group meets once monthly (virtually) for 90-minutes. Open to all masters level clinicians seeking licensure, but note that this group is led by Melanie Storrusten, LCSW, and will only count for those working towards licensure as an LCSW. APCs and MFTs who have a special interest in my areas of expertise are still welcome with this understanding!

Holistic and Integrative Consultation Group
This group meets (virtually) monthly for 90 minutes. This group is for fully licensed clinicians who are interested in offering holistic, integrative, and alternative methods for deeper healing within their licensed therapy practice.
