My expertise is in working with young adults in their 20s and 30s. Common issues that bring people into see me are work stress, difficulty in dating or romantic relationships, navigating family dynamics, and worries about the future. In my work, I pull from several evidence based therapies, including CBT, ACT, and self-compassion.
