I enjoy working with adults one on one in individual therapy. My specialties include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, chronic medical conditions and coping with work or family stressors. I use a variety of techniques and approaches to suit each client's unique needs and personality.
I want to empower you with tools and strategies that you can use in your real life outside of session. In addition to traditional "talk therapy", I utilize practices that address the mind-body connection. This might include mindful movement, breath-work, meditation or acupressure techniques.
