I specialize in dual diagnosis clients, particularly those with Borderline Personality Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and substance or behavioral addictions. I treat the client as a whole person. With a trauma informed care approach, I utilize diverse therapeutic methods to treat and heal the client, their environment, and the family as needed.
Using a combination of psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, I help clients to become the person they are meant to be. I am known for giving clients a combination of reading materials, written homework assignments, and creative suggestions for reducing symptoms between sessions.
If your are interested in becoming a client or being added to my waitlist, please email rather than leaving a voicemail. I am happy to answer any questions you have.
