My approach is warm, connected, and down-to-earth. I treat both children and adults with a variety of experiences and needs. I also specialize in neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism, with a focus on the unique needs of late-diagnosed and self-identified adults. My goal is to help you be your best "you"-- with realness, compassion, and self-love.
