Adult Interpersonal Group
Co-led adult interpersonal group on Tuesday evenings in Brookline. For people hoping to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others and work through struggles with the support of the leaders as well as other group members. Open to people who want additional support in conjunction with their individual therapy or people who have previous experience in individual therapy and think the group modality would benefit them at this time.

Co-led women's process group on Wednesday mornings in Cambridge. For women wanting to connect and talk freely with other women about life challenges, relationships, personal and work identities, life transitions, struggles with intimacy, and ongoing stressors. Specifically designed for women who want to increase their confidence, improve their ability to communicate directly with others, and feel less isolated. One individual intake session required to join.
