[NEXT CYCLE BEGINS AUGUST 5th 2024 - REACH OUT NOW!] An educational & discussion-based group for women who would like to learn dialectal behavior therapy (DBT) skills to improve their lives. This group aims to increase daily overall satisfaction through the four tenets of DBT: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The group will be hybrid (both in-person and telehealth at once) & meets every other Monday from 6-8pm. LGBTQIA+ friendly, open and welcoming to all women who want to grow and achieve their goals.
