My role is to hold space for you, and to facilitate the exploration of your strengths while deepening your connection to your core self and your values. The relationship with the self and the body should feel like a safe haven; creating that sense of safety is foundational for healing and growth.
I tailor my use of interventions and theories to every individual client, but I generally practice with a mix of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems.
I have extensive experience working with clients who are LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and kinky. I am particularly passionate about working with clients struggling with their gender, sexuality, non-traditional relationships, or chronic illness/pain.
