My specialty is working with young adults/adults by providing individual, couple, and family therapy.

I work collaborating with each of my clients in developing coping skills, improve communication and using their own individual strengths to manage a range of life transitions and overcoming challenges in life that do not allow individuals to move forward. My focus is centered on helping you and supporting you through the healing process.
