This is why it is so important to me to provide a safe and caring environment for clients to feel understood and respected. It is my primary goal to build trust and provide support to my clients.
I provide individual counseling services to adults. I have experience working with a diverse variety of mental health issues. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach which means that I draw from a variety of techniques to find the intervention that best fits each client.
