Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and bodyworker. I take a holistic, collaborative approach to helping clients heal by using a combination of psychotherapy, biofeedback, and craniosacral therapy to help clients move toward a sense of peace and balance in their lives. For many, this means that we will work together to heal from past traumas, overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety, learn to be more self-accepting, cultivate more fulfilling relationships, and find deeper meaning in life.
I work within an Existential/Humanistic and relational framework. For those interested, I also provide biofeedback, and craniosacral therapy, which integrates bodywork and psychotherapy. Blending bodywork with talk therapy can benefit clients by helping both the body and mind to heal from trauma and stress and achieve a deeper state of relaxation.
In addition to my therapeutic orientation, I believe that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is also essential for healing and transformation. I am dedicated to providing affirming services to the LGBTQ community and supporting clients of all identities through the process of self-actualization.
