Aside from my own life experience and practices, I'm trained in The Nurtured Heart Approach, EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman's Couples Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation. I prefer the interpersonal approach; I'm transparent, open, direct, and willing to learn alongside you. I am comfortable discussing topics that have stigma or are considered taboo in society.
I know what it's like to be lonely, overwhelmed, confused, and grieving loss; I also know what it's like to feel empowered, confident, entrepreneurial and a risk taker.
