Developing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is the first step toward helping one understand their feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Rather than being solely a passive listener, my style resembles more of an interactive approach by discussing issues in a direct and empathic manner. I help both individuals and couples to better understand and deal with life problems. Often, conflict within relationships can be overwhelming. Individual or couples therapy can help you better understand your particular relationship and teach you how to deal with conflict in more constructive and mutually gratifying ways.
