Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress. I work with Dr. Sara Denning's Adaptive Behavioral Therapy approach, which provides a three part process to lower anxiety which is the basis of most disorders. Neuroscience explains how the brain reacts and creates responses. Patients experience relief from anxiety quickly when focused on cause and effect.
Worksheets and tools will be created based on your experience. We will find historic and current causes of symptoms for reaction triggers. Tools are individually created to correct reactions to triggers and create new behaviors. Don't just talk in therapy - do something different.
