Hello everyone! Thanks for taking time to read my profile. I help disconnected couples, restless entrepreneurs, and individuals stifled by anxiety and depression. When I entered this profession, I realized that everyone on the planet needs a safe place to go where they can be completely themselves...and say anything they care to say. At times we need to chat with someone who's not part of our family or friend circles, someone with the training and skills to navigate confusing thoughts, emotions, relationships, careers, and matters of faith.

My experience includes over 20 years training and practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor. In 2018, I completed a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Trevecca University in Nashville. I've completed a masters in counseling and marriage and family therapy from John Brown University in Arkansas.

Meeting via telehealth is always an option. My office is located at the intersection of Briley Parkway and Gallatin Pike in East Nashville, next to the Inglewood Home Depot. No insurances and no paper trail. I can provide the necessary information that allows you to file with your insurance, if preferred. Reduced rates available on limited basis.
