Story Work Group (Confessional Communities)
This group is for anyone wanting to be truly seen, known, and be in a "safe enough" Christian faith community to really share our stories and unpack the things with which we are struggling. If you are familiar with Curt Thompson's "Confessional Communities" or Dan Allender's Story Work, then you already understand the flavor of this group. I am trained in both models so I include elements of both while also utilizing other approaches including Attachment Science, Schema Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.

Meeting Legitimate Needs in Healthier Ways
Have you found yourself numbing your unmet needs with food, alcohol, binge-watching TV, doom-scrolling on social media, etc.? Are you beginning to experience isolation and other consequences from using these things to meet your legitimate needs? This confidential, non-judgmental group takes a shame-free look at our unmet needs and explores how to get our needs met in healthier ways. We will explore our stories to unpack the lies we’ve come believe, the patterns of self-protection we have established, and learn ways to really heal. Cost is $65/group. Duration: on-going
