Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out! Do you ever have those days where things are especially challenging? Many of the people that I meet are navigating mental wellness, substance use, and/or traumatic events they have experienced. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I also have extensive experience supporting teens/young adults who have experienced trauma, which led me to become a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Currently I work with adults and youth, and I'm a strong believer in the mental/physical health connection.
I believe in strengths-based recovery that looks at all the systems that can impact us. Bits and pieces of different models incorporated together tend to have the most benefit, based on the person's needs. I have seen so many great successes! I enjoy supporting the people I work with on their journey.
