I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in treating anxiety, depression, crisis due to major life changes, loss and grief issues, women's issues, concerns related to sexual orientation, sleep issues, relationship problems and life stress. Believing that therapy is a journey, I assist people in walking a path that will help them let go of the issues that have kept them reaching their potential and cause them problems in relationships.
My style has a warm and empathetic approach with a down to earth and direct design. I encourage clients to acknowledge their abilities to be agents of change within a safe, comfortable environment.
I believe in a holistic approach to counseling and view it as a process by which any of us could have the opportunity to focus on all the various aspects of our lives, ourselves, and who we want to become.
