My practice is currently full, and I am unable to take on new clients at this time. This is a space where you draw from courage, show up, and let yourself be seen. You may be feeling uncertain, grief, heavy, or misunderstood. Maybe you are feeling stuck somewhere between something that has happened to you and something for which you feel responsible, powerless, or maybe unloved. Whether you are experiencing issues with adjustment or you are ready to heal from a life altering experience(s), it would be an honor to help you on your sacred journey to healing.

It is my mission to create a space that invites you to participate in reclaiming your life; a space that cultivates insightful reflection; a space that encourages you to find emotional, physical, and spiritual balance; and a space that supports you to identify meaning through your suffering.

My interests are to help individuals process life stressors by providing psychoeducation on the brain and body connection, exploring coping strategies to assist in self-soothing, reprocessing adverse experiences, and empowering individuals toward positive self-esteem.
