My areas of expertise include eating disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, relationship issues and codependency. My therapeutic approach draws from a blend of psychodynamic, dialectical behavioral, humanistic, and relational therapies.

I pride myself on providing a nurturing and supportive environment to help you address your needs and goals at your own pace. Our relationship will be rooted in compassion, empathy, safety and trust.
