However you are, no matter what’s going on in your life right now, the fact that you’re here on this page says to me that a part of you is hopeful that things can be different for you. That healing is possible. That you’re ready for something better. That part of you is so wise. Something better IS possible, no matter where you’re starting from in life. This is a strong conviction of mine and the reason why I’m a clinician. Because I believe with every cell in my body that, until our last breath, no matter where we’re starting from, change is possible. And it’s my job to help you achieve that change.

I do my best work with adults who come from challenging early beginnings. Think childhood and adolescent neglect, abandonment, emotional and verbal abuse, growing up with personality or mood-disordered parents, or parents with substance or behavior addictions. I work with adults whose lives are still being negatively impacted by their childhood.

Using EMDR therapy and relational talk therapy, I help you understand the way your past is still impacting your present, and work with you to transform any challenging thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of you living the life you want. We can't go back and change the past, but we can move forward and help you have the best future possible.
