Deciding to seek help for life's challenges is never easy and shouldn't be taken lightly. Building a trusting relationship is important to me and it strengthens the platform for our work together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Adelphi University and a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University. With 20 years of experience in the field my work has been diverse to include but not limited to helping individuals struggling with, anxiety, depression, grief, domestic violence, relationship issues, trauma, medical concerns as well as stress from many of life's transitions.

I challenge you along the way so that you learn effective coping skills that can be applied to everyday situations. The goal is always for you to gain insight into bothersome areas of life.
