I am a PhD licensed psychologist with 23 years of experience at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. I specialize in treating children, adolescents and young adults with anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, and emotional regulation problems.
I instill hope that things can get better and guide my patients in changing thoughts and behaviors that are counterproductive. I use research informed interventions, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), to help reduce stress, to help decrease maladaptive behavior, to help improve mood and to help increase self-esteem.
