Hello there! ARTE Counseling and Wellness provides mental health services to children and adults in Texas. We provide integrative , client centered approaches and work with you and your family to build trust and safety in the therapeutic setting. We specialize in working with adult and children in transition ( ie loss of a loved one , change in job/school, chronic illness), parental stressors ( ie communication/ bonding), perinatal mood disorders ( ie anxiety and postpartum depression, birth trauma ( ie ICU, complications, emergency C-sections), sadness/anxiety in children and gifted and talented children experiencing anxiety.
Lilly ( Owner of Arte Counseling and Wellness) is a bilingual (Spanish and English) clinical social worker . Her integrative approach includes being EMDR certified, trained in TF CBT, mindfulness meditation with art, sound and nature. These approaches allow for growth and healing in the therapeutic setting.
At Arte Counseling and Wellness your emotions are validated and thoughts are not judged. We work with client to build strengths , find clarity and reach a level of calm they are comfortable with.
