I received my BS from Northwestern University and my graduate degree from Loyola University. In addition to my years in private practice, I have worked as an addictions, grief, DV, career and crisis counselor. I also offer a 12 week structured intensive therapeutic sober coaching program.
I am the author of Life 101: 21 Practical Personal Growth Principles for the 21st Century www.ashleylife101.com. I will incorporate principles and exercises from my book to augment the therapy.
