I have varied background, working in the mental health field for the last twenty plus years. I work with clients and families ranging in age from five through adulthood. I take an eclectic approach, working with each individual client based on their current needs and presenting problem.
My varied background allows me the opportunity to take a humanistic approach in my practice. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including solutions focused work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
