I am a holistic, integrative, person-centered, culturally considerate therapist for adolescents ages 13 & up, individuals, partners and families. I am curious, open-minded, and non-judgmental. I believe communication with yourself and others is at the heart of successful relationships. I also believe that you know what you need to heal and my job is to help you get more in touch with that part of yourself. As an empathetic witness, advocate, and guide, I will help you increase your self-awareness and sense of agency through mindful observation, personal exploration, and collaborative experimentation.
My approach is mindful, intuitive, warmhearted and grounded in feminist & humanistic theories. As an integrative therapist, I allow my varied life experiences, as well as my keen interest in other modalities, to inform my work. As a result, I offer each of my clients a personalized approach that is specifically tailored to fit their unique wants and needs.
