Available between 10 AM and 2 PM, Monday to Friday, I offer individual and couples counseling, as well as in supporting people during the perinatal period as well as pregnancy loss. My primary focus is on enhancing the understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors intersect and creating a supportive environment. Meeting individuals where they are in their journey is always my priority.

With expertise in assisting women facing challenges related to infertility, loss, and postpartum experiences, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to achieve their goals. My goal is to foster a sense of balance and self-care, particularly for those navigating through perinatal changes.

Drawing from a background in CBT I incorporate a variety of techniques in treatment. I am passionate about helping individuals dealing with depression and anxiety, offering additional support during life changes. Remember, reaching out may be challenging, but I am here to assist.
