I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of mental health concerns, including anger issues, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. My training includes integrative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness approaches to therapy, and I work out of a humanistic and person-centered approach. I possess a strong sense of compassion and commitment to helping people, while also creating a safe space to help people get unstuck.
It's important to me that therapy feels effortless. I want my clients to feel supported as they are working to navigate their psychological and emotional trauma. Feeling safe and comfortable attributes to clients' success rate and I strive for each session to feel more like a conversation with a good friend.
Therapy is the ultimate practice in self-care and clients should be aware that they are making an investment in their overall future health. I believe that we have the power to decide where we want to go in life. My clients are the experts of their own life, and I value your comfort under my care. I will never judge you, and I truly want what’s best for you.
