In terms of approach, I practice psychotherapy from a psychodynamic perspective. This type of therapy focuses on both alleviating symptoms and exploring how your unique life experiences have influenced your current emotional life. My style is open and curious, and I use my attentive personality to create a space where you will be truly seen and heard.
