I am committed to helping others create and affirm trust in self while honoring experiences and identities that shape intuitive processing. I intend to promote therapeutic change through integrative, creative, and somatic practices and offer a psychodynamic/existential approach.
I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and Utah and specialize in treating complex trauma in the LGBTQIA+ community. I identify as a clinician who is kink positive, neurodivergent-affirming, and informed by harm reduction principles. I have additional experience and expertise in supporting the well-being of professional dancers and performing artists.
I remain mindful of intersectional identities, respectful of lived experience, and acknowledge the need for my own continued learning. I work to make authentic efforts to recognize and help dismantle systemic oppression and decolonize therapy. I offer telehealth services to Utah clients and in person dance therapy local to Pittsburgh, PA.
