Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Skills Class

We are currently running an RO DBT Skills Class, created for individuals would struggle with overcontrol (i.e. perfectionism, high threat sensitivity, rigid rule-governed thinking/behaviors, low sense of reward, etc). Often people who are overcontrolled may develop diagnoses such as anorexia, obsessive compulsive personality Disorder, chronic depression, or treatment-resistant anxiety, but who at the heart of it all feel socially disconnected from those around them. RO DBT Skills Class in an evidence-base treatment that works to get you feeling more connected and more flexible! While our current class is closed, we will likely be starting a new class soon.
