I work with clients from ages seven to seventy years old with various issues from depression to trauma. I meet my clients where they are at and collaborate with them on their treatment goals. I am always conscientious of how my clients are feeling and always discuss our next steps beforehand so my clients feel safe, seen and heard as they embark on their path to improved mental health. I know how difficult reaching out for help can be for my clients and walking them through the consultation call to the first session is so important they are met with dignity each step of the way.
I provide counseling services in both English and Spanish. I work with individuals, children, adolescents, families and adults in English and Spanish. My specialized areas of interest include: trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, abuse issues, crisis intervention, self-harm, school behavioral issues, transition issues and anger management.
