This is an ongoing weekly Virtual therapy group for adults aged 22+. Focus is personal growth, managing mental health, wellness, balancing work and family life in a busy world. Group requires minimum four week commitment. Insurance is not accepted and cash fee is $40 per group meeting. Clients will prepay for one month at the beginning of each month.
