I will provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore your feelings. My goal is to help you find the coping skills you need to balance your life.
I have over 20 years experience that has provided me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults on issues including divorce, grief, anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and self-esteem issues. Additionally, I have completed a Maternal Mental Health Certificate to support women with infertility and perinatal depression and anxiety.
