Regular practice of yoga helps relieve stress and anxiety, and improves mood. This energizing yoga class moves at a mindful pace, linking breath with movement. Join us in standing, sitting and inversion poses that transform body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome. Classes meet Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15 pm at the Sacred Owl Studio and Spa near Whole Foods.. Individual yoga instruction can also be arranged.
