I work hard to balance a client's desire to change and the need for support and stability, by providing a challenging yet nurturing environment. My goals are to help people increase their understanding and awareness of their own influences in their lives, to help clients develop the best relationships possible and reach a better understanding for positive and lasting change.
As a Therapist I work with couples and families providing counseling for many types of relationships. Additionally, I offer individual mental health counseling. I treat those who are experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, anger, conflicts, doubt, and a wide variety of other problems and concerns.
