Therapy will not remove your feelings or creativity. It will help you understand and work with your emotions, rather than succumb to them.
You don't have to face your problems alone or come up with solutions by yourself. Together, we build an understanding of the intricacies of your struggles and explore how you can approach them.​ I blend your individual experiences with the cultural pressures at work to form a holistic understanding ​of the difficulties you face.
You will receive customized treatment that combines creative expression with talk therapy. Appointments start with exploring your concerns. Then, I lead you in a guided creative exercise to help you process your concerns ​​and practice for ​change outside the office. Therapy supports a life with deep creative expression.
