I approach therapy using systemic, client-centered, experiential, and evidence based techniques. I strive to create clear, measurable goals to use in therapy to help guide sessions collaboratively with my clients while providing support along the way. I offer a respectful, clear, and honest direction as we work toward understanding and achieving goals.
I am skilled in various therapeutic techniques. I have completed my CBT+ Certification for anxiety, depression, and trauma in addition to being trained in Lifespan Integration therapy. I believe therapy is a place for people to share life's hardships, feel heard, and provide an opportunity for growth.
