I have worked with individual men and women dealing with a wide range of struggles. Some of the struggles that I have helped clients with include depression, anxiety, addiction to multiple different substances, borderline personality disorder and other personality disorders, and co-dependency. I also have a lot of experience working with couples as well. I have helped couples work through and heal from infidelity, addiction to various substances, conflict management, and improving communication skills.
I have been told that I have a very calming presence. Beyond the training that I have received in a multitude of areas, I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere. My approach to counseling is very person centered. I believe that each individual has the capacity to flourish despite what might be holding them back.
