My style as a therapist is laid back, collaborative, and conversational. My approach is to meet you wherever you are, figure out where you want to be, and work together to get there. I hope to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can dive deep, be challenged, heal and grow.
I love all my clients and work with people from all different walks of life. Some of my specialties include working on identity formation, self-worth, battling perfectionism, anxiety, and depression. I have a passion for helping clients have healthy relationships in their life. And, I love working with couples as well.
