The transition to motherhood is tough. Overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, guilt, and self-doubt are common problems that can impact our ability to be present in our own lives and the lives of our children. Sometimes you may question if you'll ever feel like yourself again. Other times you may question if you are the right person for the job. The added pressure of knowing that your kid(s) wellness is dependent upon your own can feel unbearable at times. You wish you could take care of yourself while also keeping your tiny humans that you love so much alive and healthy.
That's where I come in. I specialize in supporting moms in their wellness, balance, emotional regulation, and parenting hurdles in a therapeutic setting. These issues often begin in the family planning process and continue into raising big kids. I use my extensive classroom experience with preteens and teens and experience as a mother to support my clients.
