Working with adolescents and adults, I frame sessions through a person-centered lens and use a mind-body approach to wellness. Integrating evidence-based modalities of mindfulness, expressive arts, CBT and DBT along with self-regulation techniques, I walk alongside clients as they move through life’s many transitions and towards personal growth + healing.
